hmm..
yesterday's swimmin waz successful..
i swam faster than usual!
haha..
and cleared the 3min timing..
by..4 seconds
still ok lah..
haha
i noe i need to train for the 2.4 test..
but i really can't be bothered now..
i simply have to run and beat 15mins..
dat isn hard at all..
i'll take it step by step and run faster every month..
haha..

i lyk swimmin cos it isolates me from the world and i am at peace..
alone with only myself
and i can think about how my life is goin and sort out my problems..
no one can disturb me..
and no one can talk or distract me..

but that is NOT the only reason i lyk swimmin..

omg..
todae has been way hectic!
mg had a track and field meet and i had to be on duty..for gb that is
it was close to terrible..i helped out with javelin..the relay..and the worse..CLEAN UP!!
after it all..i was panting and sweating and my feet were numb..
plus plus..i had to trudge around in the full gb uniform!

yesterday waz healthy.. cos i decided to train extra hard on my swimming
it waz such a nice day.. windy, sunny and warm, just right to swim..
anywae.. im super burnt now but who cares?
