Shit.
IP1s have to reaudition to remain in NJWD for another year. Yeah, I expected it, we've heard about it, but we simply thought that it wouldn't happen. They delayed it for a year, afterall. We thought it would blow off like some bad disease and that we'll all remain as one family. I mean, it's a whole year of commitment, we though that there'd be enopugh stuff to keep us in dance for forever.
I remember how we felt when we were first chosen to be in the SYF, to be in WD. We. Were.
So. Happy. We were chosen to be in dance! Chosen!
I don'tknow about the rest, I don't but dance was the only CCA I wanted to join and
I was ecstatic to find that I was chosen. Empty
promises are classic.
But then again. It's not as if our seniors haven't been caring about us, They've patiently taught us choreography, specially catered to our needs, put up with out nonsense, allowed us to perform so many times. We've learnt so many things. They've really brought us through this year - for that I'm sure we all are very grateful. I've always wanted to dance, just that I never found the opportunity to. NJWD
was? is my dream come true.
I really need to get past this audition, y'know? I'm just scared I don't get in. Okay. Everyone's heard the story about how I'm I almost fainted when my doctor tried to draw blood from the underside of my elbow. I screamed and screamed. The poor doctor
didn't manage to draw blood
from me to test if I'm anaemic. I'm terrified of that. It makes me go weak. Well. I'm willing to go through all that, to really draw blood, if everything would go back to normal in dance.

I love NJWD.
Yeah, I guess this audition is neccesary. I won't grumble
because I know the seniors have thought for a really
long time before coming up with this, I'm sure it's for the
best of the whole dance team, so I really wish every dancer
the very best. I shall be practising like crazy.
(Like just now, I went to stretch. Nearly cried, really.)
I think we've all improved, some more, some less, but nonetheless, I'm positive that everyone who joined dance absolutley loves it. It's what we do as dancers, right? Boy am I gonna work hard.
